Information For Authors

Final Paper Submission to PIMRC 2010
Camera-ready versions of accepted papers must be submitted on EDAS for inclusion in the conference CD-ROM and IEEE Explore. Before submission on EDAS, each paper must have at least one Full or Limited Registration even if the presenting author is a student. For multiple paper presentations, the presenter will have a 50% discount for the second, third and any additional papers. The PIMRC 2010 Executive Committee reserves the right not to include in IEEE Explore the papers that are not presented at the conference.
Revise your Paper
Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. Review formatting requirements can be found at:
http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html
Register to the Conference
The presenting author must register to the conference before submitting the camera-ready paper. Note that even if the presenter is a student, he/she must pay a Full or a Limited Registration. If an author is presenting multiple papers, he/she will have a 50% discount on each additional paper to the first one.
For conference registration, please go to the Registration page of the PIMRC 2010 website and follow the instructions. The deadline for Author Registrations is Tuesday, 22 June 2010.
Submit your Paper
Your camera-ready paper must be submitted no later than Friday, 25 June 2010 in order to be included in the conference proceedings (CD-ROM). The maximum number of pages is six.
To submit your camera-ready paper, please go to EDAS, click on the “My Papers” button, and then upload your paper on the link provided. DO NOT go to Papers/Submit paper, since you will not find PIMRC 2010 there.
IEEE PDF eXpress has been made available (http://www.pdf-express.org) for checking the IEEE Xplore compatibility of PDF files and provide assistance to authors to correct problems with their files. The conference ID is pimrc2010x. This tool must be used before uploading the papers.
If you experience any problems during the upload process of your paper on EDAS, please contact help@edas-help.com.
IEEE Copyright Form
Before you upload your camera-ready paper, you will need to submit your IEEE copyright form using the IEEE electronic copyright mechanism. Please follow the link provided on the paper submission page.
Paper Submission to PIMRC 2010 Workshops
The steps described above for the main body of PIMRC 2010 also apply for the workshops. For each accepted workshop paper, one registration is required. The workshop registration is 200 Euros if the presenter does not attend PIMRC 2010 and 100 Euros if he/she registers to the conference.
