Hotel Accommodation

KONGRESIST International Convention Management Inc. is responsible for reserving your hotel room for PIMRC 2010. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Istanbul and the following hotels. All reservations are on first come first served basis and hotel reservations should be made by July 10, 2010, accompanied by full payment to be guaranteed. The amount will be charged to your credit card upon receipt.

Cancellation clause:

Cancellations must be made in writing on the earliest date possible to KONGRESIST Inc.
Cancellations will be subject to the cancellation charges applied by the individual hotels, plus a processing fee of €20.
For cancellation requests received on/by 25 July September 2010, one night room fee will be charged. Cancellations between 25 July 2010 and 25 August 2010 will incur an additional charge of 2 nights. Cancellation is not possible after August 25, 2010.
